We're Not Happy T-Shirt

Times are tough for many our fellow Canadians. We've all heard how food banks across the country are struggling to keep up with demand (HungerCount2025). We're an active participant in a Food Banks Canada cause campaign. For every item purchased, we'll donate the equivalent of two meals* to help support Canadians in need. Hopefully, we can make a difference.
*Based on Food Banks Canada's meal metric, $1 = 2 meals

We generally offer a flat $10.00 shipping rate on all orders within Canada. Other rates and methods may also be available to you. At this time, we do not ship to the United States or internationally.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup / Delivery

For orders eligible for local pickup or delivery, we’ll contact you directly to make arrangements. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before scheduling pickup or delivery.

1. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED.
2. To cancel an order, please reach out to support@proudlynorthofyou.ca within 12 hours of purchase so we can process your cancellation before your items ship.
3. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot assume liability for packages that are lost during the return process, so you might want to consider adding tracking or insurance to the return.
4. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@proudlynorthofyou.ca within 15 days of receipt. Include photographs and a complete description of the issue. We take pride in our products and are committed to delivering excellent quality to every customer.
5. After receiving and inspecting your return to verify the items remain in new, unworn and unwashed condition, we'll send you an email confirmation. Refunds typically process to your original payment method within a week.
6. We're happy to accommodate exchange requests whenever possible, subject to product availability at the time of your request.
7. Items designated as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
